This policy explains what information Katmai B&B (operated by Katmai Adventure Co LLC) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that is how we would want it explained to us.

What we collect
When you contact us or request availability, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, party size, and anything you write in your message. If you book, we also collect the details needed to arrange and complete your stay.
When you browse the site, standard analytics tools collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel for this. These use cookies; you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, plan and provide your stay, process payments and agreements, and keep in touch about your trip. Emails directly about your inquiry or booking are part of providing our service.
When you contact us or request dates, you agree to receive emails about your trip and occasional Katmai B&B updates and bear-season news. Every one of those emails includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time.
Your choices and opt-out
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time with one click. You can also email us and we will remove you. You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so where we are able.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can perform their function: our email platform (MailerLite), our database and hosting (Supabase and Cloudflare), our form tools (including JotForm), payment and invoicing (QuickBooks), and analytics (Google and Meta). We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and guest information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then remove it. Marketing subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe.
Children
Our site and services are intended for adults booking travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
